Throughout my young adult life, I coached and mentored. As a full-time working mom of two under two, I know firsthand the beautiful chaos of balancing professional ambitions with the demands of motherhood. I created The Glow Up Files to be a sanctuary for busy people—a space where we can prioritize continuous transformation without the overwhelm.
